Terms and Conditions

These terms may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of order.
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sales of Personalized Football Mystery Boxes and LED Nightlights in club colors made by Gose Store on gose-store.com.
Gose Store specializes in creating and selling premium football merchandise for passionate fans and supporters.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, tax-free. GOSETECH LLC being a US company, VAT is not applicable to our sales.
Important note: Depending on your country of residence, you may be liable for import VAT and/or customs duties when receiving your package. These potential fees are the customer's responsibility.
Gose Store reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

3. Order
3.1 Order process

Validating your order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email at the address provided during checkout. This email summarizes your order, total amount and delivery information.
3.3 Modification or cancellation
You have 2 hours after validating your order to modify or cancel it by contacting our customer service at sandra@gose-store.com or via WhatsApp at +33 7 53 40 81 34.
After this period, the order enters the preparation phase and can no longer be modified.
4. Payment
Payment is made online in a 100% secure manner via the following methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Transactions are secured by Stripe and protected by SSL protocol. Gose Store does not store any banking information.
Payment is processed immediately upon order validation.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery zones
We deliver to the following areas:
- Mainland France
- Belgium
- Luxembourg
- Switzerland
- Europe (Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal...)
- Canada / French overseas territories (varies by region)
5.2 Delivery times
Mainland France:
Standard Delivery: 7 to 12 business days
International (Europe):
Delivery: 10 to 15 business days
Boxes are specially prepared for you, item by item, which explains this delay to ensure optimal quality.
5.3 Shipping fees
- FREE shipping for all our Mystery Boxes
- Orders under €35: €9.90
- Orders €35 and above: FREE
5.4 Order tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real time.
5.5 Reception
If you are absent during delivery, a notice will be left. You will have the option to pick up your package at a relay point or schedule a new attempt.
If the package is not collected within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouses.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.
6.1 Exceptions
Important: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Personalized Mystery Boxes (choice of club/player) may be subject to exceptions under this legal provision.
6.2 Return conditions
Products must be returned:
- In their original packaging
- In perfect condition (unused, undamaged)
- With all accessories and documentation

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a prepaid return label
- Return the package via the indicated carrier
- Refund within 5 to 7 business days after receipt
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of defective product or our error.
7. Warranties
7.1 Legal warranty of conformity
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity of 2 years provided for in Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code.
7.2 Gose Store commercial warranty
In addition to the legal warranty, Gose Store offers a 2-year commercial warranty on all its products against manufacturing defects.
In case of proven defect, we commit to:
- Repair the product free of charge
- Replace the product with an equivalent product
- Fully refund if repair is impossible
7.3 Warranty procedure
In case of a problem, contact us immediately with photos of the defect at sandra@gose-store.com. Return shipping costs are our responsibility for any defective product.

We commit to responding to any claim within 24 business hours.
9. Personal data
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and our Privacy Policy.
The information collected is necessary for managing your order and may be used for:
- Processing and tracking your order
- Customer relationship management
- Sending commercial offers (with your consent)
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data.
10. Intellectual property
All elements of the gose-store.com site (texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, etc.) are protected by copyright, trademark law and/or design rights.
Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation without express authorization is strictly prohibited.
Note: Football club logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Gose Store is not affiliated with the clubs or sports organizations mentioned.
11. Force majeure
Gose Store cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-performance resulting from the occurrence of a force majeure event as commonly recognized by French jurisprudence.
12. Disputes and applicable law
GOSETECH LLC is a US law company registered in the State of Wyoming (USA).
Commitment to European consumers: Although not legally subject to European law, Gose Store commercially commits to respecting the protections offered to European consumers, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year conformity warranty.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
Mediation: For our European customers, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge in case of unresolved dispute.
