Are the products authentic or official?

Some items may be official, others are inspired by the universe of the chosen club. Our goal is always to guarantee a complete, varied and quality box.

What are the delivery times?

On average: France/Belgium/Luxembourg 6-12 business days, Switzerland 6-14 business days, Canada/Overseas territories variable by region.

How can I track my package?

As soon as we add the tracking number, you automatically receive an email with the tracking link. You can also track your order from our Track Order page.

Can I return a mystery box?

For hygiene and personalization reasons, opened mystery boxes are not returnable. We offer a satisfaction guarantee, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
