Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation.
Return conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must not have been used or damaged
- All accessories and instructions must be included
Products not eligible for return
- LED nightlights with personalized engraving (name, message, number)
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products without their original packaging
How to make a return?
Contact us
Send an email to sandra@gose-store.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Receive your instructions
We will send you the return address and detailed instructions within 24-48h.
Return the product
Carefully package the product and ship it to the indicated address. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Receive your refund
After receiving and verifying the product, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Product warranty
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
In case of a defect detected during the warranty period, contact us with photos of the defect. We will proceed with an exchange or refund depending on the situation.
